London Photowalk Wrap-up
What a successful sunny afternoon, yes you read that right - it was sunny in London! OK it did rain solidly for the week before and the evening and day afterwards but ho hum. It was to the point where I wished we met a lot earlier. In all around about 30 people turned up - the majority form the London Flickr group but also a few Zooomrites and the London Photographer group on Facebook.
After a last minute change of route and start I half expected to turn up and find an empty pub but already people were waiting (Billy “Cowfish” Abbottt brought along some funky film cameras which I’m sure he’ll share the shots from - if the work) up to giant Nikon’s like Simon’s. There were a few nationalities and some inventive photography along the route and its great to see the differences (and similarities) of the different photographers along the route.
The light went far too quickly - so there’s another tip I thought 2 hours would be enough for 3 miles but I guess it’s half that speed! Also next time there will be more defined meetups en route for people to come and join in without the problem of poeple moving from where they said hehe.

So a big thank you to everyone that came, here are all of the people I’ve found photos from so far…
